These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fast Creator Studio. By creating an account, connecting a social media account, or using any feature of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
You must have a valid account on each social media platform you choose to connect (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads) and comply with those platforms' own terms of service and community guidelines.
Fast Creator Studio is a multi-platform video scheduling and publishing tool that enables you to upload a video once and distribute it across supported social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and Threads. The Service also provides AI-powered caption generation using a local language model.
We act as a technical intermediary between you and the social media platforms you connect. We do not create, endorse, or take responsibility for the content you publish through the Service.
You must register for an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@fastcreatorstudio.com if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to disable your account if we reasonably believe that your account information is false or that you have violated these Terms.
The Service allows you to connect and authorize your social media accounts. By connecting an account, you explicitly authorize Fast Creator Studio to act on your behalf to upload and publish video content to that platform, as directed by you through the Service.
This authorization is limited to the specific actions you take within the Service (scheduling and publishing videos you upload). We will never post content to your accounts without your explicit instruction.

You may revoke the Service's access to any connected social media account at any time, either from within the Service (Settings → Connected Accounts) or directly from the respective platform's settings.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Fast Creator Studio a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, transcode, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service (publishing to your connected platforms).
You agree not to upload, schedule, or publish content that:
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy, without prior notice.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding (excluding user content), is owned by Fast Creator Studio and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
All OAuth access tokens for connected social media accounts are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption with a unique initialization vector per token. We implement industry-standard security practices including HTTPS, access controls, and encrypted storage.
Despite these measures, no transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (TikTok, Meta, Google, Threads) through their official APIs. The availability and behavior of these integrations depend on those platforms' APIs, which can change or be discontinued without notice.
Fast Creator Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of TikTok, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google (YouTube), or Threads. Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
We are not responsible for any content policies, data practices, or service interruptions caused by these third-party platforms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We do not guarantee that videos will be successfully published to any connected platform. Publishing failures may occur due to platform API changes, account status changes, content policy violations on the destination platform, or network issues beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fast Creator Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of revenue, loss of data, failed publications, or loss of business arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fast Creator Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable platform policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or if required by applicable law or platform policy.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at support@fastcreatorstudio.com. Upon deletion, all your data including stored videos, scheduled posts, and connected account tokens will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Termination does not affect any content that has already been published to your social media accounts. You remain responsible for managing content on those platforms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
